Once you’ve placed your order with Art and Cheese, please allow us 2-3 working days (Monday – Saturday) for order processing. Once processed, your order will be promptly shipped out. Please note that shipping times may vary as we collaborate with third-party logistics partners to ensure efficient delivery. Deliveries usually tend to take about 5-7 business days, once dispatched from our warehouse.

Great news! There are no shipping charges for orders placed with Art and Cheese.

From the meticulous printing and framing of art to the delicate handling of cheese, rest assured that your order will be packed with extra care and attention to ensure it arrives safely at your doorstep.

Cancelling your orderWe commence work on your art upon receiving your order to ensure its freshness. Due to this process, we are unable to accommodate order cancellations. However, should you opt to cancel, kindly reach out to us within two hours of your purchase, and we will promptly refund your payment. Please note that if you place your order outside our business hours (11am-8pm), the two-hour window begins once business operations resume.
