What do we do with your information?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products, and other updates.
CONSENT
How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
How do I withdraw my consent?

PAYMENT
We use PhonePe for processing payments. We/PhonePe do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.
Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Returns & Replacements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. For framed and unframed prints replacements are only accepted if you receive a broken frame or glass or damaged print. It must also be in the original packaging along with the invoice/bill. Customer shall inform Art & Cheese about the damaged artwork, quality issue or wrong artwork within 48 hours of delivery along the photos of artwork showing the issue as a proof.
Art & Cheese shall not be liable to replace the artwork or refund the money if Art & Cheese is informed after completion of 48 hours from time of delivery.
Cancellation
Our artwork is customized as per your order. The production process starts as soon as you place the order. We are unable to cancel your order after the payment is made and you receive the confirmation. However, we are happy to cancel the order for you before our production process begins, which is typically within 2 hours of you placing an order. In case you wish to cancel please call/write back to us as soon as possible, and we can let you know if the order can be canceled.
For Cancellation of Split COD Orders - The Partially paid amount i.e. 10% is non refundable after 2 hours of placing the order.
Just in case, the reason behind the cancellation is that you like some other product on our website. Then our team can definitely help you out with the replacement for the same. In this case, the team shall be informed within 24 hours of placing the order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
NOTE:
If you receive a damaged product or the wrong product. We offer a hassle-free replacement in that case.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace frames, glass, and prints if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@artandcheese.com.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
